Load Capacity:

Conveyor ”Actual Load Capacity” is influenced by belt selection, conveyor length, maximum tension value, and drive pulley friction value. A conveyor with a higher potential load capacity is beneficial when accumulation or an incline is involved, since these operations can restrict the conveyor to only 25 or 30 percent of its “ Normal Actual Load Capacity”.

Conveyors utilizing a knurled drive pulley will also exhibit a reduction in ”Actual load capacity” as wear on the knurl occurs.

Note: Due to the fact that specifications change over time we would suggest verifying the above.
